PTP Total Resistance Gym

The PTP Total Resistance Gym (TRG) is the foundation of PTP’s “Gym in a Bag” concept. This all-in-one resistance training system provides everything you need to build strength, improve muscle tone and support mobility, all conveniently packed into one portable carry bag.

The TRG includes Power Handles, Ankle Straps, a Door Anchor, Outdoor Anchor and five high-quality stackable resistance tubes. The range now includes a new Ultra Light resistance level, making it easier to progress gradually and suitable for a wider range of users. With multiple resistance options, you can perform hundreds of exercises targeting the upper body, lower body and core.

Whether you're a busy parent, recovering from an injury or simply prefer exercising at home or outdoors, the TRG can transform a standard door, post or sturdy anchor point into a functional gym. Compact, versatile and easy to use, it provides a convenient training solution wherever you are.

How to Use It

At Home:
Attach the system to a standard door using the included door anchor. Simply position the anchor on the hinge side, close the door securely and you're ready to train. This setup allows you to perform cable-style exercises such as rows, presses and rotational movements.

Free-Weight Style Training:
Stand on the resistance tubes to perform exercises including bicep curls, squats and shoulder presses.

Outdoor Training:
Take your workout outside by securing the included outdoor anchor around a sturdy post, fence or suitable tree.

Care & Safety:

• This product contains latex.
• Pre-stretch the resistance bands before use.
• Do not leave the bands stretched while in storage, as this may reduce their elasticity over time. Fold them neatly when storing.
• Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and heat to help prevent deterioration and brittleness.
• Wipe the bands with a damp cloth after use.
• To help maintain elasticity and extend the life of the bands, use a suitable lubricant spray.
