Shipping policy

At Rockingham Fitness, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery within Australia.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

All orders are fulfilled from Perth, Western Australia.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During peak times (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted courier partners such as Australia Post, or similar services.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 3–7 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10+ business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Local Delivery

Local delivery, for big and bulky items, as well as local hire options, is available within 50km's of Rockingham, Western Australia. The most relevant shipping option will show at checkout.

In Store Collection

We offer in store collection from our Showroom for all items. Please note our showroom is 3/117 Dixon Road, Rockingham, WA, 6168.

Once your item is ready for in store collection, you will receive an email indicating your item is ready for collection.

Please bring your photo ID, and your order confirmation email upon collection. Please note your order may be cancelled if not collected within a time period, or if we have not received contact from you.

We reserve the right to not release goods should a photo ID and email confirmation not be provided upon collection. Please note the order name must match the person collecting. 


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated on the website and at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery online.

If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us at sales@fitnessequipmentperth.com.


Delivery Issues & Risk

  • Once your order is handed over to the courier, Rockingham Fitness is not liable for delays or lost/stolen parcels.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse.

  • If your order arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sales@fitnessequipmentperth.com with photos and your order number.

  • If your order is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, contact us immediately at sales@fitnessequipmentperth.com We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

Some couriers may leave your parcel in a safe place if you're not home (ATL). If you do not want this, please include delivery instructions at checkout.
Rockingham Fitness is not responsible for items marked as delivered by the courier.


PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers where supported by Australia Post.


Pre-Orders or Delayed Items

If an item is on pre-order or has an extended dispatch time, this will be noted on the product page. Your full order will be shipped once all items are ready.
