PTP Superband Dual Colour - Medium

The 2nd Generation PTP SuperBand Medium is a versatile resistance band designed for assisted pull-ups, agility drills and resistance training. Featuring a dual-colour design, it provides a visual training guide for both resistance exercises and assisted pull-ups.

The Medium resistance level is suited to users who are comfortable performing pull-ups, chin-ups and dips but want additional assistance to increase repetitions. Its higher resistance also provides an effective challenge for functional fitness, strength, activation and agility training.

The 100 cm continuous loop design allows the SuperBand to be used throughout your entire workout. Loop it under your feet for hip and glute activation, anchor it to a door or rack for rows, pull-aparts and shoulder exercises, or incorporate it into assisted stretching for the hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and thoracic spine. It can also be used for sprint and agility drills.

With a resistance range of 22.7–34.1 kg / 50–75.2 lbs, the Medium band is ideal for stronger or more conditioned users, larger individuals, or anyone who finds lighter resistance bands insufficient for their training needs. Use it for squats, hinges, rows, activation, stretching and agility work—the higher resistance simply provides a greater training challenge.
