PTP Superband Dual Colour - Light

The 2nd Generation PTP SuperBand Light is a versatile resistance band designed for assisted pull-ups, agility drills and full-body resistance training. Its dual-colour design provides a visual training guide for both resistance exercises and assisted movements.

The Light resistance level is ideal for those who can already perform pull-ups, chin-ups and dips but want to increase their repetitions. It also provides a manageable level of resistance for strength, functional fitness, activation, mobility and agility exercises.

With a 100 cm continuous loop, the SuperBand can be used in a variety of ways. Place it under your feet for hip and glute activation, anchor it to a door or rack for rows and shoulder exercises, or use it to assist stretching through the hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and thoracic spine. It can also be incorporated into sprint and agility drills.

The Light resistance level (11.4–22.7 kg / 25.1–50 lbs) offers a versatile challenge for recreational users and those developing a consistent fitness routine. The dual-colour construction helps guide hand and foot positioning, making exercise setup simple and consistent.
