PTP Superband Dual Colour - Heavy

The 2nd Generation PTP SuperBand Heavy is a versatile training tool designed for assisted pull-ups, agility drills and resistance training. Its dual-colour design provides a visual training guide for resistance exercises and assisted pull-ups, while the higher resistance level offers an increased challenge for strength and functional fitness.

The SuperBand Heavy is suited to experienced users who are comfortable with pull-ups, chin-ups and dips but require greater assistance to perform additional repetitions. Its substantial resistance also makes it ideal for advanced strength, functional fitness and agility training.

Designed for use throughout your entire workout, the 100 cm continuous loop can be used for upper and lower body resistance exercises, hip and glute activation, rows, pull-aparts and shoulder work. It can also assist with stretching the hamstrings, hip flexors, calves and thoracic spine, or be incorporated into sprint and agility drills.

With a resistance range of 45.4–54.5 kg / 100.1–120.1 lbs, the Heavy SuperBand is designed for advanced athletes, experienced lifters, larger-build users and those who require a higher level of resistance to support their training. The exercises remain the same across the SuperBand range, with the Heavy providing significantly greater resistance for demanding workouts.
