The PTP PowerTube Elite Ultra Light is an ideal introduction to resistance training, whether you're looking to improve muscle tone, flexibility, activation or support your return to exercise following an injury. Lightweight and portable, it allows you to build a personalised resistance training system that can be used virtually anywhere.

The PowerTube Elite Ultra Light provides progressive resistance, increasing as the tube stretches to create a controlled challenge throughout each movement. With a resistance range of 0.9–4.5 kg, it is well suited to beginners, activation exercises, mobility work and rehabilitation.

Unlike traditional weights, the resistance gradually increases through the range of motion, helping engage muscles effectively throughout each exercise. Use it to activate the shoulders, glutes and hips before a workout, or for controlled, targeted loading as part of a physiotherapist-guided rehabilitation program.

Safety Engineered

Every PowerTube Elite incorporates Inner Cord Technology (ICT), an internal safety cord designed to help prevent excessive stretching of the tube. This added safety feature makes the PowerTube suitable for regular activation, conditioning and rehabilitation training.
