Based on feedback from shorter lifters regarding the 30cm length, the new sizing is refined to suit a wider range of heights and weights, providing optimal coverage without bunching or discomfort.

Sizing Guide
Use a soft measuring tape to measure both your knee and calf circumference.

If your calf is larger than your knee, use the calf measurement.

If you fall between two sizes, choose the larger size.
